MANAGING DIRECTOR

Rusilawati Mohd Noor

Madam Rusilawati has over three decades of experience covering the areras of Civil Security, IT, Telecommunications, and Aviation. She has extensive experience in both Malaysian and International business working in Malaysian and International companies such as UNISYS, Societe International Telecommunication de Aeronautique (S.I.T.A.) and TIME Berhad as well as teaching experience at San Joaquin Delta College, California, U.S.A. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from University of the Pacific, Stockton, California and an M.B.A. in Management Information Science from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, California. She has also various leadership programs including at IMD, Lausanned, Switzerland. She has also served as the Accountable Manager, Part 147 approved by Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia. Her notalbe achievements include as Project Director for the Government Multipurpose Card (now MyKad) and Account Director for the Implementation of the Domestic and International IP Protocol Communications at Malaysia Airlines. Well-versed in international business, she has collaborated with companies from U.S.A., France and Czech Republic. Always involved in leading-edge cutting technology solutions, she embodies the vision of Aerovione.

Mohamad Shazwan Bin Mustapha Kamil

Shazwan is a seasoned aviation professional with a robust background in sales, operationgs, and stakeholder management. With extensive experience in the aviation industry, Shazwan has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive sales growth, streamline operations, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders. He holds a Bachelor Honours in Airline and Airport Management from Buckinghameshire New University, UK. Shazwan decided to continue studies by enrolling in the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) program. This decision marks a significant step in his professional development, aiming to deepen his expertise in management accounting and finance. The CIMA qualification is globally recognized and highly regarded, providing comprehensive training in various business and finance areas.
